We only act as a rental platform to connect you with this health care provider who will be providing you with IV Therapy and Boosters.
When booking a IV Therapy or Booster session you release Heal Thyself Atlanta from all claims and liabilities arising from the use or misuse of IV Therapy indemnifying and holding Heal Thyself Atlanta LLC harmless from all claims and liabilities wherefrom, whatsoever.
